Look at the water; how clean, how refreshing,
so thirst quenching.

See your blood flowing through your body, your arteries and veins, every tiny capillary, into that flows a thousand pure springs and vapours and clouds, stardust.
Say:

Angel of Water, Holy Messanger of the Earthly Mother, enter the blood that flows through me.

Wash my blood that flows through me. Wash my body in rain that falls from heaven and give me the Water of Life!
